Nature: My Greatest Love Story

A mountain woman is something I don’t know if I can define. She holds a profound love for the earth. A mountain woman doesn’t want flowers but loves when they’re in season below the tree line. She discovers herself in miles traveled. Streams and deserts alike are her pathways. A mountain woman falls in love with life and herself. A mountain woman loves the journey. A mountain woman pushes her limitations. The trees speak to mountain women and the sun helps her navigate. Mountain women love night hikes and stopping for the moonrise; reminding her of the beauty of darkness and light. A mountain woman knows they’re always the student in the forest and of the mountains. The mountains give a mountain woman lessons in life that are etched into her soul and stories she can share for a lifetime. A mountain woman sees god in every trek, in every bloom, in every grain of sand; finding divinity and godliness in the embrace of the wilderness.
